LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A 15' wide easement for utilities lying over, under and across the following described centerline, having
7.5 feet lying on each side of said centerline.
Commencing at the northwest comer of Section 26, Township 25 North, Raiige 1 East, W.M. Kitsap
County, Washington. Thence South 880 20' 20" East along North line of said Section 26 a distance of
175.28 feet;
Thence leaving said North line South 0009' 15" West a distance of 125.20 feet to a point on the North
property line and true Point of Beginning;
Thence South 15021'38" East a distance of88.88 feet; Thence South 37053' 38" East a distance of 7.25
feet; Thence continuing South 370 53' 38" East a distance of 16.50 feet; Thence South 00 48'40" East a
distance of 38.50 feet; Thence South 200 58' 39" East a distance of 16.99 feet to point "X"; Thence South
520 53' 17" East a distance of 14.00 feet to a connection with an existing 6" ductile iron water line and the
terminus of this easement.
