3. Proposed public hearing and ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 5032 relating to the City of
Bremerton's 2008 Annual Budget - Laura Lyon, Finance Director; and Nick Wofford, Finance

4. Proposed public hearing and ordinance on Annexation and Interim Zoning Controls for territory in
the South Kitsap Industrial Area Urban Growth Area known as "SKIA South" - Andrea Spencer,
