SUMMARY: As part of the redevelopment ofthe former City Hall properties, the City has initiated
the vacation of a portion of the alley to allow the current owner ofthe property, HCK2, LLC., better
use of the site. This date has been scheduled for a public hearing in accordance with state law and the
Bremerton Municipal Code on the proposed ordinance vacating the subject property. In accordance
with BMC 11.20.080(d), no compensation is required.
