SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "26th Street Landslide Repair" were
opened on August 7,2008. The engineer's estimate for construction of the project is $180,000.

bidder with a bid of -' 01) 'W4. '5? (including sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The engineer's construction estimate for this
contract is $180,000. Funding sources are summarized as follows: (1) $150,000 - Brentwood Drive
Culvert Replacement Project - Project will be delayed until 2010; (2) $30,000 - Storm Drainage
Replacement Program.
