Xerox DC3535 color copier/printer that has
reached the end of its 5-year rental
agreement.

SUMMARY: The rental contract for a Xerox DC3535 color copier/printer expired on July 31,2008
and continues on a month-to-month basis. Replacing this unit with a Canon i5185 color copier/printer
will provide faster output and an estimated $55,000 cost saving over the life ofthe 5-year lease. The
Canon machine is the least expensive unit available within its category on the Washington State
Contract #03 706 and will provide a commonality of color copying/printing equipment in the NDGC.
