SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton first adopted its Stormwater Management Plan in 1996. This
contract with Parametrix will update that plan and address necessary changes due to changing Federal
and State laws and programs, most notably the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
Phase II (NPDES) Permit and the Puget Sound Partnership's agenda.
ATTACHMENTS: 1. Council Summary; 2. Professional Services Agreement.
FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The funding for the Plan is provided for in the
2008 Stormwater Fund. The cost of this contract is $99,119.00.
