M., Kitsap COlmty, Washington and more particularly described as follows:

the East-West centerline, t11ereof, 2,062.39 feet to a line lying 23.00 feet southerly of and parallel
with the n0l1herly right of way line to SW Cook Road; Thence North 84040'07" East, along said
parallel line, 235.22 feet; Thence South 05019'53" West 13.25 feet to the POlNT OF
BEGINNlNG; Thence South 12008'16" East 66.10 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line
of SW Cook Road, said point also being a point on a non-tangent curve concave northerly, having a
