SUMMARY: The purchase of the restroom for Blueberry Park is part of the park improvements
funded by state and federal grants. Romtec is the only pre-engineered site built restroom company in
the country that provides complete building packages with the ability to customize the facility to meet
the functional needs and aesthetic character of the park's farm-themed design. Romtec's pre-designed
restroom packages cut months off the typical design process (in which the customer hires an architect
and engineer) and can save up to $30,000 in design fees.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to pass Resolution No. 3 D Co 5 authorizing a sole source
purchase of a pre-engineered restroom package for Blueberry Park and further authorizing the Mayor
to finalize and execute an agreement with Romtec, Inc. for the purchase of the restroom building
package with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
