SUMMARY: As part of the redevelopment of the former City Hall properties, Economic
Development has initiated the vacation of a portion of the alley to allow the current owner of the
property, Hotel Concepts, Inc., better use of the site. This date has been scheduled for a public
hearing in accordance with state law and the Bremerton Municipal Code for first reading on the
proposed ordinance vacating the subject property. In accordance with BMC l1.20.080(d), no
compensation 'is required.
