SUMMARY: Triway Enterprises is pursuing a residential development in the West Hills area East of
Reservoir 23. ' The existing electrical service to Reservoir 23 and the communication towers above
Reservoir 23 are currently in an easement running through the proposed development. This requested
temporary easement will be used for electrical service until the site work for the subdivision is
completed. At that time a new electrical service will be constructed across the subdivision using the
new City streets as the alignment and these lines will be operated under the existing franchise PSE has
with the City.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): None. All construction costs for the temporary
relocation and the permanent power infrastructure will be the responsibility of the developer and PSE.
