SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Harlow Drive Pedestrian
Improvements" were opened on June 3, 2008. The engineer's estimate for this project is $188,266.40.
Two bids were received for this project. Serpanok Construction was the lowest responsive,
responsible bidder with a bid of $ 163,435.30 (including sales tax). .

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Construction of this project is funded by FHW A.
This project is included in the CIP and 2008 budget. The 2008 budget for this project is $290,000.
