SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction ofthe project titled "Reservoir Seismic Valve Upgrade"
were opened on May 20,2008. The engineer's estimate for this project is $250,000. (p bids were
received for this project. ~11Y16Y'" r~tActiCf\was the lowest responsive, responsible bidder with
a bid of $ mJ3/>"8f.- 'DO (including sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Construction of this project is funded by DWSRF
Loan #03-65103-010. This project is included in the CIP and 2008 budget. The 2008 budget for this
project is currently $100,000. The recommended increase of $200,000 will provide sufficient funds
for the construction.
