and Donna Hammargren for Sewage Pump Department: WWTP

SUMMARY: This is a renewable land lease agreement with Donna Hammargren for the property at
1369 Jacobsen Boulevard which Sewage Pump Station EB-4 is located. In previous years, the City
renewed it for a three year period, but we have opted for a ten year lease agreement at $60 per year.
ATTACHMENTS: 1.) Approved Lease Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This is budgeted through the Wastewater
Operations and Maintenance, Bars # 535.8032-54510-58200. The yearly rent is $60.00, payable on
the first day of October.
