FIRE HYDRANT ASSEMBLY AND MISCELLLANEOUS APPURTENANCES located upon
the following real property situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington and legally
described as:

Lying in a twenty foot wide strip situate within Tract 16 of the Plat of Robeson's One, Two and
Five Acre Tracts, as recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, page 72, records of Kit sap County, WA.
