SUMMARY: The City received a petition from Tiferet LLC to vacate approximately 135 feet of
alley for a future development which will encompass over half of the area of the block. No roadway
has ever been constructed in the portion to be vacated, and the remainder of the alley has a dirt
driveway which services the adjacent property owners to the south within the plat. This is a Class I
right-of-way and is owned in fee title by the City of Bremerton. However, the property owner has
already dedicated additional right of way to the City along Sheldon Boulevard (Kitsap County
Auditor Recording No. 200711070172). Total to date dedicated is 1,244 square feet, leaving 547
square feet to be compensated for.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The compensation for the vacation is $5,262.
