SUl\'lMARY: Currently under the BMC there is not a specific rate for disposal at the Bremerton
Westside WWTP. The department is currently using the published rate in BMC 15.06.060
Appendix A for Septage Disposal Costs ($0.25/gal). Since the leachate disposal is a long term and
considerably larger disposal issue, we would like to propose a separate fee for tmcked in leachate
disposal. The new disposal fee for trucked in leachate would be $0.10 per gallon of truck capacity.
