SUMMARY: Call for bids was prepared, advertised, distributed and received in accordance with
City bid procedures. Four (4) bids were received. The low bidder is Ferguson Waterworks, Poulsbo
W A. The City of Bremerton uses this company for purchase of inventory and has proven to be a
responsible, reliable, and cooperative company.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the City Council approve the low bid of Ferguson Waterworks
and authorize the mayor to execute the contract for the purchase of Ductile Iron Pipe, subject to City
Administrative Policies and Procedures.
