Purchasing Agreement with the State of

SUMMARY: In 1995 the City signed an Interlocal agreement with the State of Washington Office
of Purchasing in order to participate in the State's contract and bidding process. The agreement has
been automatically renewed each year. This year the State Office of Procurement required a new
contract be executed in order to continue to participate in the program. Departments throughout the
City benefit from this program and the cost savings from the cooperative purchasing and bidding
process. The participation cost for each entity is based on the expenditure budget.

substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
