Jerry McDonald asked if Council Members had a chance to drive-by and look at his property located on Ida Street to familiarize themselves with concerns he presented to the City a few weeks ago. His opinion is that he should not be required to place sidewalks on Ida Street as required by the current Bremerton Municipal Code. He does not agree with the decision made by the Public Works Director, specifically questioning the lack of a definition for the term "foreseeable future", and therefore would like the Council tb consider reviewing the use of this term in the Code.
