SUMMARY: The Department of Community Development has selected Makers Architecture to
develop a sub area plan for the Manette Neighborhood. The plan will include public outreach,
development of form-based zoning code and standards, and development of streetscape standards.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Professional Services Contract with MAKERS Architecture and Exhibits; 2)
Makers Architecture Proposal document
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Total contract amount not to exceed $50,000.
The 2008 Budget for DCD contains adequate professional services dollars for this contract.
