SUMMARY: The action before the Council is to conduct a public hearing and adopt Ordinance
No.~amending several sections ofthe Zoning Code, BMC Title 20 relating to landscaping
standards, setbacks for commercial structures adjacent to the Low Density Residential Zone,
consistency with the Downtown Sub-Area Plan, and minor housekeeping corrections.
