Diamond Parking for Parking Enforcement
Services at Harborside Parking Garage

SUMMARY: The contract with Diamond Parking for parking enforcement services at the
Harborside Garage expired in July of 2007. Services have continued in accordance with the expired
agreement.
The proposed agreement is for the same base management rate of $4,558 per month with a three
percent increase in the third year as a cost of living adjustment, bringing the cost in 2010 to $4,695
per month. An incentive fee of two (2) percent was also carried forward into the new agreement.
In exchange for no monthly rate increase, one of the four (4) lot checks on weekdays was eliminated
and adjustments were made to the lot check time periods to accommodate actual need. Other small
wording changes were made to the contact to reflect what has happened with the scope of work since
the original contract was signed.

execute the aQreement with substantiallv the same terms and conditions as oresented.
