SUMMARY: Purchase of parts from Parkson Corporation to perform a complete overhaul to the
influent screens at the Westside WWTP. Parkson Corporation is the manufacturer of the influent
screens, and therefore this is a sole source purchase for these parts. The total purchase price for the
parts for the influent screens is $65,000.00 (including tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This purchase is budgeted through the 2008
