SUMMARY: Approval of agreement with Puget Sound Energy to relocate power lines at 2342
Anderson Hill Road. Relocation is being paid for by the City in return for the property required to
build the Southwest Bremerton Residential Sewer Extension pump station.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The cost of this agreement is estimated at
$54,504.98. The 2008 budget for the project is $4,750,000.
