SUMMARY: The College wishes to revise the intersection of 16th Street and Chester Avenue as it is
the main entrance to the school. As such, the College has petitioned the City of Bremerton to vacate
portions of Chester Avenue and 16th Street. Part of the upgrade will include the College conveying a
portion of property to the City for the revised roadway.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The compensation for the vacation is $74,160 (net
of new dedicated property).
