SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton Police Department is setting up a Goods and Service
Agreement with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The agreement will permit the Department to rent vehicles at
the rates quoted and as needed to conduct operations in the field. The agreement is perpetual unless
either party ends it according to the terms.
ATTACHMENTS: Goods and Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The expenditure is expected to exceed $30,000.00
and funds are available in the Police Department 2008 budget.
