SUMMARY: This amendment modifies the Scope of Work and Budget with URS to provide
additional design services required to complete the pump station design due to relocation of the pump
station and to complete the force main design due to input from WSDOT.
ATTACHMENTS: 1. Council Summary; 2. Amendment No. 2.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This amendment is for $53,400 for a total of
$608,689.80. Design is funded by a $550,000 PWTF pre-construction loan with a 15% match
required. The project has a 2008 budget of$4,750,000.
