SUMMARY: Ordinance 4981 created BMC Chapter 2.36 as the Design Review Board. Ordinance
5001 created BMC Chapter 2.36 as the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee. The proposed ordinance
recodifies BMC Chapter 2.36, Lodging Tax Advisory Committee as BMC Chapter 2.38 in order to
correct the duplicative numbering.
