SUMMARY: This Interlocal Agreement is between 12 different agencies within Kitsap County to
provide mutual aid upon request and as practicable by providing resources and personnel on a case-
by-case basis. This includes all of the Fire Departments, along with various Police Departments and
Tribal Agencies that have marine vessels.
