SUMMARY: Soren Northwest, Inc. has provided lobbying consulting servides along with
coordination of the application process and successful competition for state grants Ito fund capital
projects desired by the City. To continue these services, staff recommends that the existing contract be
extended until December 31, 2008, creating a contract period of January 1, 2008 td December 31,
2008 with the total compensation not to exceed $31,200. I
