SUMMARY: The College wishes to revise the intersection of 16th Street and ChesteJ Avenue as it is
the main entrance to the school. As such, the College has petitioned the City of Brembrton to vacate
portions of Chester Avenue and 16th Street. Part of the upgrade will include the College conveying a
portion of property to the City for the revised roadway. I
