SUMMARY: The street improvement agreement authorizes the City to provide labor and equipment
to the Port to install switch vaults, j-vaults, transformer vaults and conduits in the City right-of way in
support of the Port expansion project.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Agreement
FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The work to be completed is fully reimbursable
and costs for providing the work will be deposited into the Street fund and accounted for in the mid-
year budget adjustment.
