SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance repeals Chapter 9.92 of the Bremerton Municipal Code
entitled "Criminal Activity Nuisance" and enacts a new Chapter 9.92, entitled "Chronic Nuisance
Properties". The new ordinance provides a new process for enforcement and abatement of certain
nuisance activities that repeatedly occur or exist at chronic nuisance properties.
