SUMMARY: Asuris will no longer provide Medicare D coverage to eligible retirees in the manner
they have after December of 2007. They are now offering to pay 100% of the retiree prescription
drug costs for covered prescriptions for $178 per eligible retiree per month. They will accept the risk
of over-paying and receive the benefit if they do not payout that amount per employee each month.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $106,800 - fully budgeted for in 2008.
