SUBJECT: Authorize a contract for TAB
NW and amend the City's 2008 Annual
Budget to carry forward an item from the
2007 budget.

SUMMARY: In the City's 2007 budget a Comprehensive Capital Project list was prepared. This list
included a General Facility line item of$35,000 for the Government Center File Storage. The City
requested bids for this project and obtained TAB NW as the vendor. This project will not be
completed in 2007. It is requested that authorization is given for the approval of the TAB NW
contract of $29,845.26 and to carry forward from 2007 the $35,000 General Facility line item to the
2008 City budget.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to authorize the Mayor to approve the TAB NW contract in
the amount of $29,845.26 and to amend the 2008 City Budget to carry forward from 2007 the Capital
