SUMMARY: Consistent with the 2007 Comprehensive Plan Amendments, the action before the
Council is to grant approval of a rezone of a total of 97.09 acres of lands south of the Werner Rd.
corridor from primarily Industrial (I) to primarily Low Density Residential (R-IO).
