SUMMARY: KK Slater Enterprises owns property located at 2342 Anderson Hill Road. Staff is
proposing purchase of a portion ofthe property for the Southwest Bremerton Residential Sewer
Extension pump station.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The property owner will transfer the property at
no cost, contingent on the City relocating power lines that cross his property which provide power to
our Anderson Creek well field and pump station. The Southwest Bremerton Residential Sewer
Extension 2007 budget is $3,500,000. The appraised value of the property is $16,900.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement with
KK Slater Enterprises and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented and to finalize and execute any and all
documents necessary to close the transaction, contingent upon acceptance of the terms of the
agreement by KK Slater Enterprises.
