SUMMARY: Amend assessments, fees, rates, and charges set forth in Appendix A of Section
15.06.015 of the BMC to implement the consumer price index increase of 3.5% in water, wastewater,
and stormwater charges. Implement a 0.2% increase in General Facilities according to the Seattle
Construction Index.
