SUMMARY: The proposed professional services agreement is a two year agreement with Ed Faulk
Operations, LLC, which provides for maintenance and improvement of the clubhouse grounds and
surrounding areas at Gold Mountain Golf Club.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The Superintendent will receive $771,264 in
2008. In 2009, compensation will be within the range of$778,976.64 and $802,114.56.
