Doctors Clinic

SUMMARY: The City contracted with the Doctors Clinic to provide parking spaces in the City's
parking garage at 451 Washington Street in 1997. The.origina1 contract has expired, and the Doctors
Clinic has requested the agreement be renegotiated. They have agreed to pay current market rate less
25% per space (currently $71.25 per space) for 75 spaces. The contract is for a five-year period.
ATTACHMENTS: Parking Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $5,343.75 in parking revenue annually and
adjusted with Market Rate changes when implemented by the City. Due to the current parking garage
capacity it is to the City's benefit to lock in the revenue for these spaces at the discounted price.

and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the
same terms and conditions as presented.
