SUMMARY: The action before City Council is to approve a podion of the West Hills Final Plat and
Planned Unit Development (PUD). This phase includes lots 1- 9 of The Wright Creek Business Park.
The Council previously took action on this project by passing Resolution No. 2599 in May of 1997
which granted Preliminary Plat and PUD approval for the approximately 270 acre site, this proposal
will grant final approval for approximately 20 acres for industrial use. The applicant has met all of
the conditions ofthe Preliminary Plat and PUD approval for this phase and therefore the City
Engineer and Community Development Director are recommending Final Plat and PUD approval.
