SUMMARY: This agreement will formalize the process to advertise, test, and establish lists for the
position of both Experienced Firefighter/Paramedic and Entry level Firefighter/Paramedic for three
Fire Departments. This agreement is between City of Bremerton, Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue and
South Kitsap Fire and Rescue. By sharing resources we save expenses, personnel costs, while
attracting a greater number of candidates to the testing process.
