SUMMARY: Sprint Spectrum wishes to renew its lease for five additional years on the 3027
Olympus Drive tower. The original lease was with US West but has since been taken over by Sprint
Spectrum. The current lease expires in April of 2008, but Sprint Spectrum would like to have the
lease renewal approved prior to that date so that there is continuity. The lease renewal contains
provisions for two five-year terms renewals which has been standard. Payment to the City will be
$1200.00 per month. The current payment is $618.71 permonth.
