,RESOLUTION NO. j040
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, approving a portion of the West Hills
Final Plat and Planned Unit Development (PUD), File Number
BP07-00078.
WHEREAS, on May 14, 1997, the City Council passed Resolution No. 2599
granting Preliminary Plat and PUD Approval for the "West Hills" development which includes
approximately 200 acres for residential uses and approximately 60 acres for industrial uses; and
WHEREAS, this portion of the Final Plat and PUD consists of approximately 20
acres of the Industrial portion of the plat encompassing lots 1 - 9 ofthe "Wright Creek Business
Park"; and
WHEREAS, all conditions set forth in the Preliminary Plat and PUD approval for
this section have been met and the Final Plat and PUD approval is requested; NOW
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Lots 1-9 of the Wright Creek Business Park within the West Hills
Final Plat & PUD, as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by this reference,
are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Council President is hereby authorized to sign the Mylar.
SECTION 3. Severability. If anyone or more sections, subsections, or sentence
of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full force and
effect.
