SUMMARY: On May 2nd, 2007, City Council approved the 2008 CDBG 1 HOME Policy Plan which
outlined the funding allocation process and included CDBG rules and regulations. CDBG staff
accepted grant applications through July 20th, 2007. The Citizens Advisory Committees (CACs) have
completed their review and interview process, and the funding recommendations on the following
pages have been made for your consideration and approval. If approved, these submissions will be
sent to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the 2008.Annual Action Plan.

recommendations and authorize the Mayor to execute contracts in substantially the same form once all
funding has been secured and HUD has approved the Annual Action Plan.
