SUMMARY: The current agreement with Willis of Seattle for insurance broker services expires in
March, 2008. Staff is requesting authority to extend the contract for an additional two years under the
same terms and conditions.
ATTACHMENTS: Current professional services agreement with Willis of Seattle, Inc. for
insurance broker services.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $25,000 for broker services has been included in
the 2008 proposed budget.
