SUMMARY: The Revised Code of Washington 52.26 allows local jurisdictions to form Fire _
Authorities. This Resolution would allow three appointed elected officials from each entity to
establish a Regional Fire Authority Planning Committee that will formulate a plan as described in
RCW 52.26.
