SUMMARY: The proposed interlocal agreement establishes the Kitsap Regional Coordinating
Council with members from Bremerton, Bainbridge Island, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, the Port of
Bremerton and Kitsap County. The Council enables local jurisdictions to coordinate and ensUre
consistency when developing comprehensive land use plans in accordance with the State Growth
Management Act.
