SUMMARY: Call-For-Bids was prepared, advertised, distributed and received in accordance with
City Bid Procedures. One (1) bid was received. The low bidder is Advallced Door Service, Inc.
Bremerton, W A. The City of Bremerton uses this company for garage door services and maintenance
at its facilities and this company has proven to be a responsible, reliable and cooperative company.
This project is in the 2007 budget for General Facilities and is listed in the CIP.
