SUMMARY: This agreement pursuant to Chapter 39.34 RCW provides that local jurisdictions may
enter into cooperative agreements for their mutual benefit. This agreement allows Kitsap Transit to
request that certain work be performed by the City of Bremerton PW&U Department or its
contractors, or that Kitsap Transit be allowed to rent or lease certain pieces of equipment owned by
the City.
